a Seasonal NYC Apartment

Our Seattle based clients asked us to help them plan and design their NYC apartment, which is primarily used for opera season at the Met. The renovation involved the complete re-design of the environment, including new millwork, kitchen, bathroom, lighting and finishes. Space being a premium, we looked to incorporate unique transformative functions like the HVAC enclosure that also serves as a mobile workstation. Visual features such as the kitchen ceiling soffits and graduated tile layout in the bathroom were employed to increase the perceived depth of space.
